FAQs

What if I am a complete beginner when it comes to exercise? Will that present any issues and can I still train with you?

We all get to start somewhere! My coaching approach is all about meeting you where you’re at, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. I’ll tailor every workout to your current fitness level, gradually building your confidence and strength. Together, we’ll make progress at your own pace while keeping things fun and achievable! P.S. The benefit of starting from scratch is that we get to train you correctly from day one and prevent the development of bad movement habits.

How often do I need to workout per week to make progress?

First and foremost, I recommend picking a schedule that you can commit to (no matter what that is). Ideally, I want to see you training 2-4 times per week with me alongside you for at least half of those sessions. Progress obviously depends on the goals which we will outline in clear detail together! That said, I can get you to reach the most common goals with three 70 minute sessions per week including: weight loss, gaining muscle mass, injury prevention, assisting with rehab for existing injuries, hypertrophy, strength training, CrossFit training, conditioning and more!

What if I am currently struggling with an injury or am limited in someway?

Depending on the injury I am able to work with you and the guidelines/recommendations of your medical professional. In most cases when dealing with minor injuries and limitations, I recommend my 3-month A2B transformation program. In the 3-month program, mobilization comes first. I’ll guide you through targeted movements and exercises to increase flexibility, reduce overall stiffness, and prepare your body for more advanced training. It’s equally important to note that some injuries should not be worked through for a certain amount of time. This is case by case. Schedule your consultation and we can figure out what’s ideal for you!

Do you offer any online training if I am not in the Austin, TX area?

Absolutely! Schedule your consultation today and we’ll discuss the logistics of doing online training. Both the 1-month and 3-month programs are available for remote clients. The only difference will be the in-person sessions which we can work around!
