  • Step 1: Review Pricing Plans

    To begin, check out the “PRICING” page and decide which package suits you best. Or, if you have more questions about the program, just skip to scheduling your consultation.

  • Step 2: Schedule Consultation

    Time to chat! Fill out the scheduling form below and we’ll get your consultation scheduled. Before we meet, take time to write down your goals and what you hope to get out of training. Think big here! Remember, fitness is more than just a workout.

  • Step 3: Consultation

    Here, we will go over your goals and which program will benefit you the most. This call will be 30 minutes, give or take. My goal here is to answer any and all questions you have about training, onboarding, pricing, etc. Feel free to ask away here!

  • Step 4: Onboarding

    Onboarding for one of my programs is simple. After the consultation you will get an onboarding email. In that email you will 1.) make an account 2.) make the first payment for your program. The last part of the onboarding process is to fill out the A2B waiver which I will walk through with you in person! After that, it’s time to start training!

  • Step 5: The Fun Part

    Let’s train! Depending on which program you picked we will be meeting weekly for in-person workouts, consistently going over your progress and updating the program accordingly. My primary goal here is to help integrate fitness into your lifestyle so that you can continue your health journey with full confidence after your time with me!

  • Step 6: Setting You Up For Success

    No matter which program you go with I will make sure you walk away with the right tools so that you can keep making progress. I want exercise to be a transformative and positive aspect of your life. Step 6 is all about checking in with you to see what else you need from me to keep up the good work!
